The 2026 volunteer sign-ups are NOW OPEN.

To access, log onto the website: https://carpentervillage.swimtopia.com/

and choose the Swim Meets tab (https://carpentervillage.swimtopia.com/swim_meets). Then: 

• To the right of each meet, you can choose “Job Signup” (in green)
• Under a name, choose “Sign up for Jobs” (in grey) 
• Click the job you want, then scroll down and choose “Save Assignments” (in grey)
• If you do not “Save Assignments,” it will not save

Note that there are TWO PAGES of sign-ups. Don't stop at Cary City Meet; click "Next" at the bottom of the page and keep going to the end of the season.

P.S. If anyone wants to be a Stroke and Turn Judge, trainings are happening on Tuesday, May 26th at Northbrook Country Club or Thursday, May 28th at Lochmere from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Email me for more information. Remember, we need at least two more people to get certified to be Stroke and Turn Judges this season.
