At our regularly scheduled today, May 26th, practice, we will host a Guest Coach Patrick Foley from the Marlins of Raleigh (MOR) swim team. We will focus on breast stroke (super technical stroke) as well as starts and touches for all age groups, and, for the older age groups, we will also add in a focus on turns. This is a great opportunity to get exposure to a professional coach, MOR (year round swim team), and to focus on stroke work. Please don't miss this awesome opportunity!
